Product availability and despatch
We usually endeavor to despatch goods within 48 hours and deliver within 10 working days. Occasionally an item may be out of stock in which case we will notify you and give you the opportunity to wait until the item is back in stock or amend the order. Product details Whilst we make every effort to describe products accurately in terms of colour, size and price, we reserve the right to discontinue an item or change it's price where necessary. Post and packaging We usually use Royal Mail first class registered (signed for) service but may use an alternative carrier. Please contact us for postage to the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Isles or outside the UK. Returned goods We will accept returned goods in their original packaging if they are unsoiled and unused if they are returned within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. Goods must be received in an acceptable condition prior to us issuing a refund or exchange. Goods returned more that 14 days after receipt will not be exchanged or refunded. Please enclose a returns form with the goods detailing the reason for the return, together with the fee for the post and packaging fee for the exchanged item. We advise you to obtain proof of posting. Damaged/faulty goods Damaged or faulty goods received as a result of transit damage or manufacturing faults should not be used and should be returned immediately for imspection. If, after receipt and inspection of the goods we conclude that there has been a fault/damage due to manufacturing or transit we will either replace the goods, issue a refund or credit your account. Please enclose a faulty/damaged goods returns form with the goods indicating the damage/fault found. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for faulty goods received by us more that 14 days after receipt. We will reimburse reasonable postage claims for goods returned and found by us to be faulty or damaged. Secure Payment Online payments are made through the secure environment of Paypal. We accept most major credit and debit cards. We can accept payment via Paypal. Privacy We will use any data we collect from you responsibly. From time to time we may notify customers of new products by email. If you do not wish to receive such offers please email us. Terms and conditions-pony parties We bring one of our ponies to your function and will decide which pony to use depending on the age of the children at the party. We have to restrict the number of children to a maximum of 12 to enable each child to have a ride in the time provided. We expect that those children not immediately around the pony are supervised by a suitable adult whilst we focus on ensuring those around the pony are enjoying themselves safely. We bring riding hats for the children to wear when riding. Children must wear riding hats whilst riding. For insurance purposes all children must be led whilst riding. We can offer parties and rides to children with a minimum age of 2. We usually visit the party location within 2 weeks of the party to check parking and turning facilities for the 4x4 and trailer, and also that the garden is suitable ie relatively flat, of a reasonable size and accessible. To hold your booking we request a deposit of £50 which is refundable subject to a minimum 14 days notice of any cancellation. However, we are more flexible during the winter months as we understand that the children are not usually quite as hardy as the ponies! In very exceptional situations we reserve the right to cancel if for example it is unsafe to travel. In such a case we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and will refund your deposit. Payment of the balance is due on the day of the party. Cheques should be made to Amanda Keech. Our ponies are very used to children being children but we do reserve the right to ask that a child be removed from the party area if his/her behaviour is inappropriate and/or causing a risk to the other partygoers. |
